I inked this Thor page sometime in the summer of 2020. I started doing the flats, then moved on to start another project and never got back to it. I spent some time polishing the inks and finishing the flats, but decided last minute to make some changes. In TOGETHER I used colour, especially saturation as a storytelling device. Anxiety is often the one in control, I wanted to show this by him being more vibrant than Mark. As the power dynamic shifts between so does the colour saturation. This might be subtle but I think will be picked up on subconsciously when reading. Read it yourself and see! Wasn't happy with the colours on that last page. Added some texture and added some tacky pink walls to give a better idea of the setting.
