this time i only have brie and feta on hand (and and i haven’t figured out fruits that go well with feta except?? maybe?? grapes??? in a salad??) so everything is ALL BRIE’D UP which is actually fairly pleasant because brie works with everything!!  especially apples!!!!!

my older stories were probably way worse with this though and lmao i think i made hipster!merlin from the world forgetting, by the world forgot listen to a lot of the music i was into at the time and loosely based that part of his characterization on a friend of mine who was suuuuper snobby about her music tastes and we all fondly gave her hell for it.

nowadays, the things i sneak in are fairly random and tiny (and some probably accidental and i hardly realize it happening) but a few of the more deliberate ones:the demekin from painting by numbers is based on a true story ie. my glorious fish that outlived literally every fish injury known to fishkind and also outlived all its comrades in the fishtank and i was very sad when he died :(from hold on, though we may be too young to know this ride we're on, that thing where you count up to when the thunder hits from when lightning strikes to measure distance is something a family member told me about once and i still catch myself doing when there's a thunderstorm

hisaru!!! (god i need more hisaru in my life and you are one of the few who fill the void)

yeeeeeeeeeees~ i was maybe not-so-secretly hoping someone would ask for them and you did not disappoint :D

shops for groceries: hidaka drags fushimi’s ass to the grocery store so that he will please please get something other than protein bars and canned coffee and sad-looking microwaveable junk!!! “it’s okay, they don’t have to be vegetables!!! there are other food groups!!!!! like dairy! and meat-products!!! and a thing called whole grains!!!” 

kills the spiders: fushimi

comes home drunk at 3 a.m.: fushimi doesn’t strike me as the going out to get drunk type, and i can’t see him as anything but fairly introverted even in their established-relationship days, so probably hidaka with the other s4 boys every once in a while.

makes breakfast: hidaka (see: shops for groceries and inclusion of food groups). fushimi would probably skip breakfast if it were up to him.

remembers to feed the fish: FISHIMI sorry i just wanted to say that. idk. maybe fushimi, but only bc hidaka got him the fish for his birthday and made a terrible fishimi pun much like myself.

decorates the apartment: hidaka. poor kid tries to gauge fushimi’s opinion on things but fushimi’s response is generally a non-committal shrug if not outright distaste. over time, hidaka has learned to take non-committal shrugs as ‘yes’

initiates duets: hidaka, except they’re not duets bc it’s just him singing. fushimi doesn’t do duets. tbqh, fushimi has maybe sang like, once in his lifetime, when he accidentally got really drunk on the bottle of wine munakata gave them on the news of the engagement. hidaka nearly passed out at the sight

falls asleep first: hidaka except on the nights when the sex was really intense bc apparently that’s what it takes to knock fushimi out within seconds

thanks guys <3 i'm trying to snack and nap a lot/when i can and am generally okay!!! just few more weeks of ridiculous fluctuating shift hours and then hopefully my clock will resemble something like normal again
