It seems like a fever dream, given the odd intensity of the scene. The world is bathed in golden hour light, leaving the dancers as silhouettes against the hillside. It’s an unidentifiable tumble of flowers and campfire smoke, heads bobbing and faces turned towards the fading sunlight.

Miriam has sidelined herself to watch her own memory over, watching how this version of herself dances along. Her hair is longer, and from what she can tell, it was perhaps a month before she had had Fedir. There had been a few festivals like this, where she had decided to just go and dance for awhile, and to marvel in her godhood where flowers would not be bothersome. 

Turning her head, she spots an out of place person, and waves from her watching spot. “Hey, uh,” she doesn’t know what to say, and goes for the easiest thing.

“What’s up?”
