Once Phoibe had finished up for the evening she waited for Kowalski by the entrance of Goodneighbor. Sitting up on one of the brick walls swaying her legs back and forth. All dolled up and ready to go.

Damn Gunners were everywhere. Fuck this, this was where she scavenged for parts, and now they had the nerve to come in and hussle her good scavving area away from her. Still, as much as she would love to just march up to those idiots guns blazing, she wasn’t that crazy, and getting on the Gunner’s bad side was not a priority she had at the moment. 

Instead, Cottonbelle kept herself low to the ground hiding behind some buildings, watching and scoping the new Gunner’s hideout for anything she could sneak by.
