Universe Overview
The Transformer war comes to an end with the introduction of Scramble City technology. Four Combiner warriors – Superion, Menasor, Guardian and Bruticus – along with their respective teams, learn to put aside their differences and reconfigure themselves to be able to interlock with each other, gaining a variety of new combinations. Their example of benign cooperation is followed in turn by Cassette Warriors and Triple Changers. These actions help to forge a lasting peace between Cybertrons and Destrons
Literal God (Rung is having a time meeting this new Megatron, who is much less polite and much more prone to picking him up and tossing him in the air to avoid the pirates that are apparently--Oh, they aren't pirates. They are space cops. Because this Megatron was also a warlord and all Cybertronian are illegal in this sector. Disappointed Rung sighs as he is carried around like a comfort football.)
A Child (Not his child. He cannot help but emphasize this more than once. He did not spontaneously manage to reproduce. The "child" isn't even Cybertronian. It-she, sorry she's decided she is a she and also her name is Nightbird. and she is a Murderbot, what really? Okay, Murderbot was a nickname that she selected for herself due to her favorite fictional series which is part of what helped her gain her sentience. Yes, this is Optimus's problem because human's made her making it is his fault. Yes, she is staying purple it is the superior color.)
An Evil Optimus (His name is Optronix-No, I do not know how this happened. I would like him gone. No the chains are not a sexy thing. Yes, he does keep hitting on me. It is disturbing. threats of violence make it worse. Please remove him from my brig.)
A Collection of Evil Children (I do not care what Scourge and the Combatrons have said. I am not their creator. Though apparently another Megatron, emphasis another Megatron is. Yes, I have taken them under my wing to teach. I will not admit or deny any fondness that may have developed or the fact I've been teaching Scourge my old gladiator moves. Fine. I may have said, "I'm proud of you, bud." and yes, it may have worked. Shut up Knock Out, human cinema are still trash, even if they did prove useful.)
A Smoothie
All of This At Once
The damn noise I made like a drowning clown like yes
Dear primussssss this would be so fun. All of these are amazing. Megatron, why do I suspect it has to do with accidentally and unknowingly committing interdimensional travel
i dunno if you are till taking requests or not but if you are, could you please write a drabble about megatorm being perceived by the rest of the destron troops, either good or badly percieved.
(assuming that before bw2 started the destron crew was part of a bigger destron army)
thank youuu
My requests are always open for BWII. Have some nameless soldiers speculating.
Drabble under the cut!
BWII Destrons & Megastorm
“Hey, doesn’t he frighten you, that Megastorm?” The mess hall of the Galvaburg I, the primary Destron flagship, was large enough that the Destron troops who gathered there could feel secure in a sense of anonymity, and conversations like this could arise.
“What, the SIC? He’s nothing but a meek fool.” The mech who’d spoken was an experienced general. Several younger soldiers murmured their agreement, a few laughing quietly, others looking more unnerved to hear such blatant disrespect at the expense of a member of High Command, their leader’s brother, no less.
“You wouldn’t get it! An Autoroller like you always ends up on missions directed by Galvatron. Megastorm’s different when he commands alone.” The Combatron who’d spoken glanced over his shoulder nervously as if the unruly Prince of Destruction might show up at any moment, while his partner nodded in agreement.
“Different, how?” The Autoroller general replied.
“Cold, sneaky… More reserved than our Emperor.”
More troopers approached the table, pushing up seats to listen. One interjects, “Sure. One time I was under his command, he called a retreat because the Cybertrons were acting strange. We thought he was being cowardly, but it turned out they had a new weapon and were planning an ambush. Our squad owes our lives to that call.”
“Feh, as if he could have known. When I was under his command, he went behind Galvatron’s back and ordered a raid of an abandoned Cybertron base. He showed no care when one of us got nearly crushed by disturbed rubble, and when Galvatron discovered his ploy, he tried to initiate the self-destruct to trap our leader inside. We all saw it!”
A shocked muttering passes through the crowd.
“So,” someone says at last, “Megastorm or Galvatron, who would you rather have as leader?”
“Who knows?” Grins another, “but if Megastorm became Emperor, well… I’d want to stay on his good side. Don’t underestimate him, you know?”
"Wise words." The voice that spoke up was tensely authoritative, recognised instantly by the gathered troops, although the speaker it belonged to was known to many as usually speaking in a much higher, more anxious tone.
"M-Megastorm!" The troopers part a path, shrinking back at once under the scrutiny of the Second in Command.
"Megastorm, what?"
There was a beat of silence, then the Combatron who'd started the conversation tentatively said, "Megatron, Prince of Destruction?"
Megastorm's derma curled into a smile. "Emperor of Desctruction, one day. Don't underestimate me!" With that, the Destron SIC turned and left the mess hall, his troopers staring after him.
Dear Vector Prime, rumor has it that the Viron Cluster has a female Soundwave and she has a partner named Space Case and they are both "Idols". Is there any truth to this? If so, can you tell us a bit more about them?
Dear Pop Purveyor,
I do see the two you are talking about. Although... forgive me, for her home world is caught in a dimensional tangle, meshed with several in a way that makes discussing Soundwave and her sister complicated. Maybe a coherent picture can be gathered by starting in a world firmly caught against it.
Sounder and Noisemaze were indeed idols as you mentioned; nominally Combatron-aligned and causing consistent trouble for Fire Convoy and the three Car Robo Brothers, the two were never particularly direct fighters, instead entrancing and overpowering the Cybertrons with their mesmerising music. It is worth noting that the duo deviated from your expectation in one way, however; while just as effeminate as Noisemaze, Sounder presented male. However, this duo was mirrored through the quantum vibrations into that of Soundwave and Space Case, Decepti-Sister Popstars extraordinaire; this is the source of the woman you are by chance familiar with, and whose adventures were almost—but not quite—identical to the ones I have already described.
The nature of threaded worlds means that a 'twang' in one is sure to affect the others, though. And so it was that as the gender of Soundwave became harder and harder to ignore in the well of the distributed self, and the reverberations echoed up and down the twisting yarn, it was such that Sounder came to recognise her own true identity. I wish I could say that the other Combatrons were respectful, but Noisemaze truly loved her sister, and so they fled the planet together, searching for a place to perform together without hatred. And as I say this, it becomes evident to me that Soundwave may not have been protoformed female either; I am thankful that she found herself before arriving on Earth. Now you see how intertwined worlds' developments can bounce back and forth!
