I write some essays that I’m required to write for school and I tried writing poetry once and it turned out pretty awful. I have lots of story plots that I think could be cool stories though!

To answer that anon's question about Tris' Divergence and Caleb's lack of one it's because genetics don't work that way. What genes you receive from your parents are completely random. It's the same reason that I look completely white but my brother looks mostly asian despite us both being half and half. Tris received the Divergent genes, but Caleb didn't.

!!!!!!!! I completely forgot this I haven't taken genetic biology in like three years thank you!

Omg are those coconut walnut brownies??? Can I have the recipe??

They're actually Chocolate-Chia Power balls.. that I was too lazy to make into balls so turned into a brownie slice? But they have almonds and walnuts in them? And they're gluten and dairy free, and if you want you can use honey instead of dextrose because no one really has that?

They're SUPER delicious, and if you don't like super dark chocolate use only 3 tbsp of the cacao powder, and if you don't have cacao you can use cocoa :)

My questions for those I’ve tagged:

1) Who is the most important person to you?

I had to think a lot about this one.... I think I would have to say my friend, Hanna. I can be so open around her, which is pretty rare for me, I guess.

2) If you could go back to any time period or event, what would you choose to see?

I would like to go back to a time when my grandpa was alive and well, because I never got to meet him. 

3) Read the book or watch the movie?

Read the book, for the love of god. 

4) What initially drew you to Tumblr?

I think one of my friends had one? And then I got pulled under.... actually I did delete my very first account but I think I came back after a few weeks or something.

5) What is one thing you cannot live without?

Books, books, books, books, books.

6) If you had to trade lives with any other living person, who would you choose to swap with?

OOhhhh such a good question. I want to say Holland Roden, because in her interviews, she's so sincere (plus hello I get to be Lydia...), but now that I'm thinking I would like to switch with would be Maggie Stiefvater, because I really love her novels and I'd die to see her writing process and inspirations.

7) Are you a morning person or a night person?

Morning, I'm doing this at 7:30 AM.

8)  What is your favorite book/movie?

Does this mean it has to be one of those movies based off a book? Or just either? I can't pick just one favorite AHHHHHH because there are favorite movies that make me happy and favorite movies that make me cry which are two totally different types of favorites... I can't even begin to list them just go look in my "films" link if you're reading this and you're that curious. 

As for books.... I'd say my favorite single novel (like not a series) would be The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater (haha bet you couldn't tell from my url, huh?) and my favorite trilogy is Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor, and my favorite series is Harry Potter by J. K. Rowling.

9)  (If you are in college/been/going) What college or university are you looking at/are you enrolled in/ or that you have gone to?

Ehm... I am looking at University of California, Davis for my first year of college.... I still have a year of high school but after that I think I'd love to go to UC Davis.

10) Favorite holiday?

Bastille Day, because then I can blast Bastille with good reason.

Kidding! (Kind of...) I think my favorite holiday has always been Father's Day, because my dad works too hard and I love it when he gets a day off to do whatever and just hang out with us. Plus two years ago, we got him a skydiving session and he was like a little kid again, it was so great.
