Hey MJ, I hope it's okay to do this through you :) A good 10 years ago when Inquisition was about to come out an anon sent you an ask saying she was having a sort of gay awakening courtesy of the jawline of one Cassandra Penthagast just as I was having mine for the exact same reason. I've been thinking about her a lot recently - and I really hope she's just as okay with it now as I am. And for the folks who are about to have a similar experience with the veilguard: it's okay, and you'll be okay. And MJ, thank you for everything you do <3

Follower Appreciation: comeseewhatididthere

Hey look, everybody! I actually did one of these on the day I planned!

So comeseewhatididthere and I have been in a mutual for almost as long as I've been in a mutual with anybody. The only exceptions I know of for SURE are the five people I posted about first in the Follower Appreciations. We have a pretty cool friendship, but I've been a bit neglectful recently, and I'm sorry for that.

She has ALWAYS been a very cool follower, frequently being one of the people who supported me very early on in my writing here on Tumblr, and again, for that I'll always be grateful. The support of people like her are what really solidified my love of writing again.

She also runs a pretty great blog. She has the nerdery you'd expect from someone who's in a mutual with me, and she also regularly posts things that make me chuckle. :)

So as per usual, if you AREN'T following comeseewhatididthere, you definitely should be. Probably 10/10 would follow. :D

Just Cullen Drabble

For comeseewhatididthere. You wanted just Cullen, you're getting just Cullen. Does it say something about me that so many of my faves are Cullenites? Hmmm... anyway, I guess it's Cullen Day on my blog. Hope you enjoy! :D

Cullen sat at his desk, staring at the reports about the Inquisition's most recent action in the Emerald Graves. He stroked his chin, and blinked a couple of times. He needed to go for a walk; the room was getting a bit stuffy, and looking at reports seemed too... dull at the moment.

Cullen walked out onto the battlements and he began to walk laps around them. Suddenly he heard it: the horn!

"MAKER'S BREATH!" He cried.

He leapt off the battlements and slid down the roof into the garden. He dashed for the door to the great hall, leaping onto the bench and over the little stone wall to reach it.

He burst into the great hall, ignoring the snarky greeting Varric threw his way, hurtling towards the door to Josephine's office. As he threw open the door, Josephine was already gone from her desk.

"SWEET ANDRASTE!" He gasped. He sprinted through her office and past the Inquisitor to arrive in the war room just ahead of them. Leliana and Josephine were already inside and gasping for breath of their own.

"HA... HA... I... BEAT YOU!" Leliana panted. Cullen groaned.

"What's the hurry, Cullen?" The Inquisitor said as they entered the war room.

"Nothing... nothing..." Cullen sighed with exasperation. There REALLY must be a better way to do this.

I'm sorry! I'm trash! I just love the Parkour Headcanon so much. I just wish I could find the source post so that I could source it in this drabble! :)
