We've made a decision.
Tommorow (12/20/21) we will be changing the title of this blog to something other than having to do with our system, and if you follow us on Discord, we will be doing the same there. We are personally extremely tired of being a system online, it is very stressful and exhausting. To be perfectly honest, it seems to me (S, the host) like I feel like my alters should be mine, and mine alone and not expose themselves online, especially our age regressors and littles who are extremely vunerable. At the end of the day, they are here to help me with my survival, and the majority of us think it would be better to go back to the way it was where there was us, and then the rest of the world.
I'm not at all judging systems who choose to have a presence online. If that works for you all, then by all means, do it, and have fun with it. However, we often find ourselves comparing our validity to other systems, find ourselves talking to unaccepting people/people who outright disrespect us, and that is very draining to all of us.
We are still a system, we always will be because of what we went through, and because of who/what hurt us, but that's extremely personal information that we no longer want out in public. I will say we've been making a true effort to get out of our abusive situation, and while we're trying to do that, one of my biggest worries that remains when healing is just how many people know everyone here exists, people I don't even know sometimes. If you're a close friend, that's not a big deal, but anyone who sees my blog knowing, and having names available?? No, that's not sitting right with me anymore.
Thank you to all who have been genuine, and kind. I really do appreciate it, but after everything we've decided this is the way to go. So, no more emoji tags on here, no more posts for/about anyone in the system (EXCEPT CROW, WHO'S MADE HIS OWN CHOICE TO STAY ONLINE), no more having alters front and talk to people outside the system (except in VERY few circumstances, which is the only reason why we're keeping our Pluralkit.) And especially no more giving away who's fronting, how old everyone is, how many members of the system there are. That's our business from now on, and I want it to stay that way.
Please understand, this is very sensitive information. I want everyone here to feel safe, and like they don't have to be anyone but themselves. Being online has damaged a lot of us for a collection of reasons.
Thank you for your continued support. I hope you all have a lovely holiday season. /genuine.
