Guys why is writing stories so awkward all the world building and character making and planning is so fun and then I go to write it and I just gross myself out so I’m sitting there staring at the doc and not writing

will I be killed with lasers if I say that like. Nightwing as a suit, as a design is good but I don't think it fits dick it never did to me. Sorry it's objectively a cool design but it feels like something I can tell was designed by DC comics artists not fictional character Dick Grayson. It's just too self serious and stoic and clearly Batman adjacent for mr "I'll never be Batman" who grew up deeply influenced by and in love with the circus. I just think it'd have more colors with the primary one not being black lmfao. Like the og discowing feels like such a more authentic example of sumn dick would actually design and wear but ppl decided it was too joyous or something. I could see a hardened 40-45 y/o dick leaning into a more current nightwing look as he becomes more and more distant from his circus past and processes' his feelings about Bruce more thoroughly allowing himself to replicate his look more but in canon rn he is. Not that. This is my dc cold take thanks
just wanna put it out there why im not making a patreon for the comic;
patreon is a tier-reward system and i know myself well enough that i can’t uphold rewards consistently to warrant making a patreon. i have school and health issues that deeply restrict what i’m capable of doing. ko-fi is a better solution for me and i can offer small drawings/doodles as thanks for donations. that is all, really.
