Ok, so shopping for me is an experience. When people come with me, they end places they never thought, buying stuff they'd never think of. I went out to see RIPD with a friend, (absolutely awesome, I <3 Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds.) and I had him stop at the Fabric store and Fanfare (our local comic/tabletop store). I came home with a bundle of fabric, a foam wig stand, Captain Marvel 13, and Hawkeye 1.  Doing the happy dance, because I opened my pullbox, and pre-ordered the CM Carol Corp issue and Pretty Deadly!!!!  *Girlish Squeals*  I cannot wait for October!!!!

Now to keep myself away from the comics until I finish the little stuff on this Halo torso.... I can resist temptation....eh... who am I kidding?

Oh I almost forgot!!! My friend, he bought most of The Enemy Within storyline, I think I may have converted him.....

INTENSE Comic Book Black Friday Sale

So at my local comic book shop [Carol and John's Comic Shop]  There was a Black Friday sale and let me tell you baby, it was fucking the best thing I ever experienced. I spent 8 fucking dollars on 24 comics. When I got home I calculated how much it would've cost without a discount and turns out they would have been 60$ if there was no sale. And I got some quality comics too, 8 issues of Morrison's Seven Soldiers, including all of Frankenstein. Black and Canary and Green Arrow, Batman and Robin, a bunch of Gotham City Sirens, Lobo, and Batman No Man's Land (perhaps something else, but can't remember atm). Best. Day. EVER. So you think I gotta deal? My bestie [Ergo-Velouria] she spent 45$ on 52 comics and we calculated that she should have spent over 209 dollars.
