A huge thank you to Clyde Primary School in Glasgow and their Comic Club, which is run by the amazing teacher Mr. Scott, for this glorious collection of thank you cards! I have been sending books to their club for a year now. It is deeply gratifying to see these incredible talented kids exploring new books and being inspired to draw and write. I hope to come up and visit them soon! Support your local schools. So.many teachers pay for basic materials themelves out if their own pocket. My husband and daughter have been enjoying @neillcameron and Jess Bradley's prompts for #comicclub ! Drawing prompts included, draw yourself as a cute animal (hence the bespectacled and bearded monkey mummy and baby) and draw yourself as a 🐌 (the bespectacled bearded snail 😂) its a nice easy #winddowntime activity before bed! He has been on at me "why haven't you posted my pictures?" Well I have now, so everyone can see what a bearded banana would look like!!!! I managed to take some time last month for a social trip around England, kicking off with the Midwinter Comics Retreat, hosted by Sophie in her family home.
