On a note that sucks, I just spent money on the latest Injustice comic and was massively disappointed with it.
Though not necessarily because of the writing (even if it did feature Orientalist tropes that make me roll my eyes -- a given when featuring a story with Black Adam) but because a character I was hoping would be there wasn't.
But mostly, I'm just disappointed I just spent money on anything Injustice related.
I'm not too pressed though as it is only 99¢.
And besides, Comixology let me have the first issues of Saga, Mouse Guard, and The Evil Tree for free.
So that makes up for it a little.
I am now accepting submissions for my comiczzz blog!
