The Colombina™ satin SERIES: with a total cacao content of between 55%-65%, it is designed to give you the taste of a dark milk chocolate, but without the dairy! With almost equal parts high quality cacao butter to cane sugar ratio, these chocolates have the consistencies of a truffle bar, they melt smooth and clean, with balanced taste profiles between fruity CACAO and roasted notes! Batch 818 is at 62% and is topped with Cacao Nib. The earthy chocolate notes of the cacao nibs is contrasted by the smooth semi-sweet chocolate that melts in your mouth!
