So..... I wonder... Would Pinky technically outrank Perry at OWCA...? Because in terms of commissioned military officer rankings, Major isn't actually that high. Meanwhile, Pinky operates under an Admiral! And Admirals are basically the Navy equivalent to Generals! They both lead whole armies and fleets of soldiers! Just saying. Wanda vastly outranks Francis! But Perry answers to Monogram while Pinky answers to Acronym...
Also I feel so proud of Carl for one day getting to match or outrank Major Monogram! ... What does confuse me, however, is that apparently Carl raised through Navy/Coast Guard ranks where Monogram could be in many of the branches, but he is certainly NOT in the Navy or Coast Guard, if his rank is to be believed... But yeah! In the US military, Commander (which Carl will apparently become) is exclusive to Navy and Coast Guard rankings. But the equivalent to a Major in the Navy is Lieutenant Commander. There aren't Majors in the Navy or Coast Guard. Shrugs. Odd, but weirder things can happen! :p
