I'm going to learn how to card weave!

So far on my card weaving journey I have not bought a single item special for this task.

I have cheated IMMENSELY by having too many yarn from crochet and also having a shuttle/beater from helping out in a weaving class, but I have not bought anything.

The book I'm reading to learn card weaving was like "patterns will call for ten to fifty cards and making them is annoying and time consuming so most people just buy them" and my response to that was

skill issue

and anyway three cereal boxes and a frozen burger box later, I have almost thirty cards! Yay!

Next step: planning my first pattern and threading the loom!
