Maria’s frown melted into a soft smile as she felt metal fingers in her hair, carefully detangling the knots James found. She hummed, flipping to the next page in her book and leaning back against him, closing her eyes briefly. “Any chance I can get that turned into a massage?” She asked, cracking one eye open and smiling up at him. "I'm not saying that you have to, just that it would be incredibly appreciated if you did. You have really skilled fingers." Maria added, to sweeten the deal. If she could just stay here and finish her book (and have James keep playing with her hair) she thought that it was a pretty good way to spend a night.

She took and risk and looked down. “I’m suddenly regretting this ride.” Pepper moved to be closer to him. “Please tell me that we’re going to have to ride a cherry picker down from this height.” The woman was all fine and good when the ride was moving, but now that it wasn’t, it was a whole other ballgame.

Natalia chuckled as she felt his lips on hers. Pulling her to wrap her legs around his waist. It was after training and she was dressed still in her work out gear. She could feel his gaze on her as she trained. Letting out a quiet moan as she ripped at her clothes and slipped into her. Nipping at his bottom lip with a chuckle. <”We should have waited . . We could get caught.” Her fingers running through his hair as he pounded into her against the wall. His metal hand around her throat as she looked up at him.

The soldier is silent. 

The mission is complete. The Asset is patched. All injuries acquired are non-fatal, and require the minimal care. 

They would be healed by the time they got back to base. 

“Six. Status report.” The com in her ear crackles.

“Mission complete. Asset contained. ETA forty minutes.”

Another crackle. “Injuries?”

“Minimal. Asset will be in working condition on arrival.”

“Good. Report for mission debrief. R&R ordered for you both.”

The soldier’s brows lift a fraction. Surprise registers. “Roger. Will inform the Asset.”

“Good. Out.”

Six casts blue-silver gaze to the man, the Asset, at the rear of the cabin. She stands, walks back. The Asset is shirtless, crimson-stained gauze wrapping his upper arm, his abdomen. 

“ETA is forty minutes. Debrief, and then mandatory R&R.”
