A little compilation of why I absolutely love commenting on AO3.

Sometimes I'm the only one on a fic that I'm reading that comments on their chapters and it makes me feel bad. Like they're giving us ART and art needs to be appreciated!

Let your local AO3 writer know that their art is good and comment more!

why do none of you ever comment you dont understand how dissapointed i get when i see the comment section and it says theres only one comment and its a bot

it is genuinely the saddest feeling ever i dont care if you just say "lol" as a comment it will still bring me more joy than "i love your art. dm me"

It’s all about the little things that’ll make her happy. Write her an old fashioned love letter, buy her flowers, compliment her, surprise visit her, take her out on a real date, post something about her to let her and the world know she’s yours, notice the little hints she drops about the things she wants to do. It doesn’t have to cost anything to show affection?? I’m telling you, you don’t have to go all out to make her happy.

When I'm feeling down, I go through my AO3 comments.

It makes me feel really good because 99.9% are so positive. Please, don't underestimate the value of even a brief comment on a fic your read. It can do so much for the author, you don't even know.
