From Our Hands - Common_sense
When something is wrong on a technical quote, who do you call?
I think sometimes customers forget that manufacturers want them to be happy with the product they purchase. Most manufacturers are no afraid of owning up to a mistake if it is proven that it is theirs. In my mind - is common sense.
Reciprocally, the same goes for customers that don’t give you enough data to size a solution (after you have asked several times for it). Case in point, when I design and deliver a solution, I always classify what is in-scope, what’s out of scope, what’s actual customer data and what is assumed. That way, there’s no misinterpretation of the solution. Again, it's common sense.

Common sense is the imitation of wisdom of society.
