Could you write a post s5 supercorp, where lena starts working in the tower with the super friends and her and kara banter over karas earpiece?
“Supergirl, do you read?”
Kara grins. Having Lena on comms in the Tower is never going to get old. “I copy. What have we got?”
“Something big and juicy in the middle of downtown,” comes the succinct response. “You are authorized to engage.”
“Roger that, Lena. I’m on my way.”
—
Just a few moments later, Lena gets back on the radio. “Supergirl, Brainy has tapped into a dozen livestreams of the event, we have full visuals. You’ll want to lower your approach by 30 degrees–he’s keeping an eye on the skies.”
Kara immediately coasts lower, weaving in and among the buildings leading to downtown instead of soaring over them. It forces her to slow down to avoid blowing out windows as she passes, but she trusts that Lena wouldn’t steer her wrong– if the slower approach would cause more damage than a vertical approach would, Lena would trust her to take the hit in favor of distracting the target from his current rampage.
Suddenly, the target comes into view and… whoa. Big and juicy was an understatement. The thing was gargantuan, and slimy. Sludge oozed from every limb and down its torso, leaving noxious puddles of goo on the cracked pavement with every step. Even so, Kara couldn’t help but think– as the target opened it’s dripping maw and gave a screeching roar– it wouldn’t be out of place in an episode of Scooby Doo.
Kara grins.
“Let’s see what’s behind the mask, shall we?”
—
The fight doesn’t take long. The target is slow and uncoordinated, leaving multiple openings for Supergirl to dart in and land precision strikes that leave the beast teetering, then falling timber towards the nearest building.
Kara grabs it by the arm to try and control its descent; though her grip slips and slides in the sludge that continues to ooze along its frame, she manages to maneuver it enough to collapse in the street rather than on top of an office building.
“Blech,” Kara grumbles, flicking her hands to dislodge some of the muck, only to have it speckle her face. A drop of it comes dangerously close to her mouth, and the smell of it nearly makes her retch. Thankfully, her comms are already open, so she doesn’t have to touch her ear to get through to Lena.
“Tower, target is neutralized. Our guest is ready for pickup.” She eyes the growing pool of sludge growing around the target’s unconscious form. “We’re also going to need a clean up crew. A really, really big clean up crew.” She gags. “And so am I.”
She pretends not to hear the amusement in Lena’s voice as she radios in response. “Roget that. Team is on its way. Return to base, Supergirl, and we’ll get you cleaned up.”
—
Lena takes her job personally, it turns out. After Kara flies directly to the showers, she helps Kara strip out of her suit to avoid the sludge from spreading. Kara is pleasantly surprised when Lena follows suit, stripping out of her blouse and skirt and letting her hair out of its pins to step into the shower behind Kara.
“Let me help,” Lena murmurs, almost reverently.
This is still new– still exhilarating. Kara’s breath catches in her chest as Lena runs her hands down Kara’s bare arms, diligently scrubbing every speck of ooze from impenetrable skin. Lena doesn’t even seem to mind the stench that floats up with the steam, peppering her tender care with firm kisses to Kara’s lips.
Once Kara’s body is free of sludge, Lena lingers, a devilish glint in her eyes as she presses Kara against the tiled shower wall then lowers to her knees with deliberate slowness. It’s not long before Kara comes apart under ministrations, Lena’s name whispering from her lips.

When they emerge later, Kara immediately knows something is wrong. No one will meet their gazes, and Alex deliberately keeps her back turned even after Kara calls her name.
“Hey,” Kara insists, pulling her sister around by the arm. “Did something go wrong with the pickup?”
“No,” Alex squeaks, her face a bright red. “Nope, pickup went fine. But, ah…” She reaches out to pluck the radios from both Kara’s and Lena’s ears. “Both of you have lost comms privileges until further notice.”
Kara’s eyebrows pinch together, before lifting in alarm when she sees the blinking green light of open comms blinking on both earpieces, and realizes what it means.
The entire building heard them in the shower.
She flicks a look to Lena, and finds her partner’s cheeks tinged pink with the same realization. But to Kara’s surprise, Lena brushes it off with a shrug.
“You’re the one who insisted I upgrade them to be waterproof,” Lena tells Alex. “So, technically it’s your own fault.”
Alex splutters as Kara guffaws, filling the command center with the sound of her mirth. Somewhere in the kitchen, she even hears Nia snort.
Kara takes Lena’s hand, and pulls her in for another kiss. “Let’s go home,” she says against warm lips.
