Budding Designers

It's been so great to see everyone get progressively better as the semester has gone on. It's crazy to be able to point out whose projects are whose because everyone has different styles and personalities show through their design pieces. I consider myself the collage queen, I love the fun, organized but messy look. I'd love to continue designing.

Final Brochure

I chose to do Project 4 (brochure) on the Lafayette Hotel because it's one of my favorite places architecturally in downtown Buffalo as well as my place of employment. The magic wand tool and transparent backgrounds were my best friends this entire project. I got a lot of my photos off of instagram hashtagged photos as well as through images on BuffaloRising.com. This brochure took me the longest time out of all the projects just because of all the text, photos, and design work but I am most proud of this. It's informational but not overwhelming. I hope it inspires all of you to come check us out!

So for project 3 I came up with the idea to do a poster on pigs because I personally own and love mine very much. In my opinion, everyone should own a pig and thats what my poster promotes and suggests. I wish I had more time to really plan it out and put it together but I still like the finished product.
