Cupid’s Chase 5K

The 9th annual Cupid’s Chase 5K run presented by Community Options, Inc. is on Saturday, February 11.  This year’s “chase” is happening in 32 cities across the country—with three of them in Tennessee.  Community Options will hold a 5K and 10K in Chattanooga at Tennessee River Park at the Hubert Fry Pavilion & Robinson Bridge.  In Cookeville, Cupid’s Chase will take place at Tennessee Tech University. Both of those races will have registration starting at 8 a.m. and the race kickoff at 10 a.m.  In Nashville, Shelby Park will be the host of the early morning 5K, as this one will have registration at 7 a.m. with the race starting at 8 am.

So, my new employer also runs a floral shop as a place for some of their clients to work. It gets them work experience if they are struggling to get a job. Working for Vaseful gives adults with disabilities experience handling money, using a cash register/credit card machine, Floral Arrangement skills, social skills, and best of all it shows to both the clients and customers of Vaseful that there is a place for everyone in the work place.
