Good-day beloved GGS readers! If you fancy joining myself (and maybe some other members of GGS) for some exciting DayZ SA shenanigans, then tonight at 7pm GMT I will be hosting a little get together!

Halo 3 Resurgence

As of tomorrow, Halo 3 will be available for free download to all Xbox Live gold members. I still play Halo 3 on a regular basis and it stinks seeing the online population not being as high as it used to be. Since it will be available for free, I am hoping for those numbers to rise. I am also thinking of having a little community playdate to celebrate the game being free. The day will be on Sunday, July 7th, which is also Bungie Day. They were the original creators of Halo and I think it would be great to have this playdate on their holiday. If anybody wants to join me, send me an invite and state that you are from tumblr.

UPDATE: Microsoft that Halo 3 will not be released for free download in July as previously thought. Despite this, the playdate will still happen. Feel free to join.
