With the help of our contribution, the @bildwellfinancial food drive bin is overflowing just like my heart! The generosity of those in my community and circle never cease to amaze and inspire me. #BildwellGives created this drive to support the @guelphfoodbank, who rely solely on donations to support those in need in our community. My goal was to personally donate 50 items and I was successful with a total of 63 items donated but I would love to give a huge shout out to this amazing woman right here! Jamie is beautiful both inside and out and I'm honoured to call her a friend. She donated 15 items including some big ticket items including diapers and feminine hygiene products! I'm glad this food drive was a success and hopefully we can all remember that those in need don't just require our help during the holidays. I know we're not always in a position to help as much as we would like so I propose this challenge: each week when you visit a grocery store to do your weekly shopping, purchase one item for the food bank bin. Guelph & District Real Estate Board (GDAR)'s newest silver sponsor is @bildwellfinancial! They're also personal friends and colleagues of mine, and they're amazing people. So amazing that they're hosting a food drive to benefit our local food bank, @guelphfoodbank, as they struggle for donations post-holiday season. SWIPE RIGHT for a list of most needed items.
