Comparative Overview: Edvin (January–February)
𖣠Feelings ⟢January: Justice Emotions pass through the filter of reason. Evaluation, weighing things up, honesty with himself, a sense of obligations and agreements in the sphere of feelings.
⟢February: The Fool (reversed) The impulse towards something new is there, but it’s suppressed by fear of making a mistake. The beginning of a new chapter is postponed, spontaneity is blocked.
⚡︎Shift: From rational analysis of feelings — to fear of taking the first step and starting again. If Edvin begins the year with the desire to sort out his feelings honestly and be faithful to them — but only from the point of view of reason — then already in February he finds himself in a situation where cutting off the possibility of looking at feelings through the heart rather than through cold logic and agreements, certain lawful and socially accepted norms, blocks lightness and joy and doesn’t allow him to experience something new. Ah, Aquarians…

𖣠Energy ⟢January: The Devil Strong, tense energy, attachments, temptations, inner conflict between dependency and attraction to another.
⟢February: 10 of Swords (reversed) Gradual recovery after a crisis, rising from the bottom, the energy still weak but no longer destructive.
⚡︎Shift: From peak tension and dependency — to slow healing. It’s quite curious that January’s energy mirrors Omar’s energy. Did they experience this attraction and temptation towards each other, or is Edvin’s story here connected to Felicia, for example? A good question. In my spreads, The Devil has appeared more than once as a card binding or influencing his relationship with Felicia. In any case, vibrating and restless, Edvin moves out of a painful inner conflict between his desires into a new period. He calms down, slows down, and no longer spends energy at that speed on inner battles with temptation. Hooray.

𖣠Business / career ⟢January: The Lovers A key choice, several directions, the need to decide, including in partnership projects.
⟢February: Ace of Swords Total clarity, a clear decision, a breakthrough conversation or realisation.
⚡︎Shift: From doubt and choice — to clarity and certainty. A partnership project at the beginning of the year could have made him doubt whether he was acting correctly, whether he was choosing the right thing. But February wipes those doubts clean. Everything is crystal clear and understandable. As they say, please process the cancellation.

𖣠Central event of the month ⟢January: 2 of Wands (reversed) A stalled decision, fear of stepping beyond the familiar, postponing the move.
⟢February: The Magician (reversed) + 8 of Swords Awareness of his own trapped state and limitations, both internal and imposed from outside.
⚡︎Shift: From postponing a decision — to recognising the trap he has ended up in. So then — he limited himself in something, couldn’t step forward, couldn’t make a certain decision. Because of that he ended up in a vulnerable position where someone took control over him. Fell under someone else’s manipulation, and the saddest part — he did everything himself to make it possible, tied himself hand and foot, and realised it.

𖣠Under what circumstances ⟢January: Wheel of Fortune External circumstances push him towards a choice, coincidence.
⟢February: 3 of Cups The event unfolds through the close circle, meetings, communication, possibly an event.
⚡︎Shift: From pressure of fate — to realisations through people and social context. The decision he had to make but got stuck on appeared by chance, fell into place through circumstances beyond his control. Something interfered with him, something or someone intruded into the process and he couldn’t step forward. In February, someone from the close circle turned out to be that manipulator, and someone else helped him see himself in this trap — himself driven into a cage by his own hands.

𖣠With whom / what it is connected ⟢January: 5 of Wands Conflicts, rivalry, several interests and roles pulling in different directions.
⟢February: The World + The Star + 3 of Wands Completion of a cycle, hope for healing and orientation towards the future.
⚡︎Shift: From struggle and chaos — to closing the old and looking ahead. It’s very interesting that the situation is connected to a certain struggle and rivalry. We remember that Omar had a theme of competition and fight — and Edvin in his January needed to make a decision. If we look at the whole picture, it turns out rather interconnected, and you can see who influences whom in this spread. In February Edvin must close this cycle. Just as his energy says — 10 of Swords reversed, a painful cycle ends. And here as well — literally completion of a cycle, hope and new beginnings. This need brings the realisations, makes some people press on him, makes him see where his own actions and restrictions have led him.

𖣠Consequences of the event ⟢January: The Empress (reversed) Cooling off, loss of warmth, emotional emptiness, decrease in pleasure.
⟢February: Queen of Swords Harsh but saving cutting away of the unnecessary, clear boundaries, calling things by their proper names.
⚡︎Shift: From emotional depletion — to mental defence and growing up. And as a result, first the warmth leaves, emotional emptiness arrives, it becomes difficult to think about himself and his own pleasure, the relationship can no longer be called harmonious. But what happened brings clarity and sharpness. Boundaries return, there is honest acknowledgement before himself, everything unnecessary and false is cut away.

𖣠What drains him ⟢January: Knight of Pentacles Routine, monotony, the need to carry responsibility without change.
⟢February: 5 of Pentacles (reversed) The healing process, vulnerability, the need to ask for help.
Shift: From fatigue from sameness — to exhausting but necessary recovery. It’s not surprising that some kind of stagnation in January drained him with its routine and slowness. He had to keep moving forward, acting according to an established plan. But the healing process begins, and that requires strength he almost doesn’t have. Asking for help is hard, even though it’s needed.
────────────────────
𖣠What nourishes him ⟢January: Page of Pentacles Newness, learning, small steps towards something new without guarantees of results.
⟢February: The Hermit Conscious solitude, silence, distance, deep self-reflection.
⚡︎Shift: From being nourished through the new — to being nourished through solitude. In January he could have learned something new. Received some knowledge that gave him the opportunity to literally lift his foot forward and perhaps take a tiny step. In February he needs to shield himself from the unnecessary. As we’ve already seen, it’s hard for him even to ask for help, and not everyone in the close circle can be trusted. Solitude and looking within become his source of strength.

𖣠Main priority of the month ⟢January: The Emperor (reversed) Focus on a pressuring, controlling figure and resistance to external rules.
⟢February: Justice (reversed) Priority of his own, subjective truth over expectations and norms.
⚡︎Shift: From reacting to external control — to choosing himself and his own rules. In January there could have been a figure in his life — most likely an older person, possibly a father or someone senior in business — who pressured him, inclined him towards certain obligations and agreements, tried to overpower him with authority. Edvin was focused on his relationship with this person. And in February he shifts with the intention to refuse following someone else’s rules and living according to ideas of what is right and fair in someone else’s opinion. He chooses his own justice and builds his own rules.

𖣠Outcome of the month ⟢January: The Tower (reversed) A prolonged crisis, avoiding the inevitable, attempting to hold together what is collapsing.
⟢February: King of Cups (reversed) in the sphere of 4 of Swords (reversed) Emotional instability, burnout, inability to fully recover.
⚡︎Shift: From holding onto an old crisis — to an emotional storm requiring a pause. In the end, if January for him is about a prolonged crisis and stagnation, then February is about its consequences — emotional exhaustion, mood swings, burnout and difficulty fully restoring himself. As we remember, he begins a healing process, including restoring his energy. But the process is still moving slowly for now.
