Wound up back at DeathScribe but for the first time not as a writer, but as a performer. Comparing Notes is the story of three people sharing their stories after a supernatural apocalypse has destroyed everything they ever knew. It’s much less nerve wracking being a performer than it is an author at DeathScribe. Plus once I was done, I could relax, drink and enjoy. And while Mr. Walsh didn’t win that year (he would win in 2014 for his piece Fracture Zone, which I have yet to hear but I assume is about some horrible penis accident) it was a great deal of fun. But congratulations to Mr. Joseph Zettlemaier for his piece Fish Story for the win that year.
