the original name for this E.G.O. was Grasp of Lightning, the original quote being "And what then, if this grasp drops you into death?" but. eh. I realize that the Base E.G.O. set have vaguer quotes than that.

considering that Chigiri 'misplaced' his weapon, I have no idea how he is doing this. Do Not Worry About It.
I named this one on a whim but it means more than just the initial one I came up with. fun!

Lian's weapon are scissors, but specifically ones broken into two blade-like things. in this E.G.O., he cuts with the scissors, then the halves, before pulling back, where a bunch of slash marks sort of. Bloom. Burst, with a few pets flying from the wounds. a bit like that one attack SY does in Canto IX but less intense because. Base E.G.O.

Don Quixote and Heathcliff, I think... More than others, they're not afraid to express themselves. I'm happy for them—oh, and! Hong Lu has been improving too with thiss after his turn.

From the very beginning, I had utmost respect for Don Quixote and her methods, though our guide finds them crude. He knows virtue without action does nothing and takes it—the seventh is often by star's side. Perhaps that earns him some grace.
... Ryōshū is— hah. That bloodlust filled— what am I to say about him? They have no qualms with forcing my hand with nasty jabs. It's just second nature to it, and that kind of nature would usually earn little good. It's a single thread that keeps them at the boundary. Easier it is to determine who will receive the necessary judgment when that time strikes than to figure her out.
Consultations with Dante are rather insightful for judgment. I can see why they're our manager... but they're a Sinner themselves, I can't forget that. — 🏺

I suppose Yi Sang is the easiest to talk to in regards to mechanisms of mine that need peer review. Despite that, I have no notable relationships with the other Sinners that are relevant to my work. Oh, this isn't work? ... A certain game that a certain Sinner showed me keeps me busy at night under the case that I'm unable to sleep.

Most of them, we're acquaintances. Yi Sang and Hong Lu have learned much. They were the first I spoke to, because they were willing enough to let me. The former's ties with the Mirror leave me somewhat struck. Bitter ends like the League never leave under the tongue. Still, he seems content somehow, as does the latter, even with the ends they've met. I have wondered what they do during night hours besides sleep. Yi Sang mentioned a poor habit of staying up with certain tasks.
Dante has never been unkind, but can be somewhat avoidant. I asked around about number of consultations—mine is the least. What ever did I do? I would like to get to know them and to consult beyond what's mandatory. Maybe there's little concern over me. That could be all. — 💐

2, Are they physically affectionate? — Yasuji definitely starts off extremely physically affectionate, because it's what he's used to and has trouble with anything beyond physical expressions of affection besides attempting to perform acts of service. they kinda draw back on this after The End Justifying though 👍
12, What’s the worst physical injury they’ve sustained? — Icarus, in the pursuit of inspiration and the hubris of thinking that he wouldn't be affected, sustained a burn on about half of his body (this is partially because i remember this one art of Ryōshū with burn scars that was deleted and i'm salty that it isn't real tbh) and lost many of the works he never got to publish
16, Are they naturally prone to being nocturnal or diurnal? — Xiaoqing was used to existing in eternal night prior to her humanity (being a star and whatnot) , pair that with the whole cold-blooded thing (she's often tired in the mornings because it's warm and comfortable) and you'll see her up late at night. my nocturnal snake thing... she has things to do...
22, If they try to help, are they most often successful or unsuccessful? — Fiver is often successful since they know their fields of expertise and don't just try things for the hell of it (unlike Erwin). however, they think it's only a matter of time before they overestimate themselves and slip up, disappointing everyone, so they withdraw initiating assistance over time, especially if they're praised for their work.
36, What’s something they keep around as often as possible? — Lian tries to keep her dice by daeir side at all times. it's more of a comfort object than an object of use, seeing as he's used to making due with random items as objects, but dae also conveniently refuse to tell anyone about what they're for or where she got them. the dice all have different max rolls.

Though it may seem like this sinner daydreams more often than not, it would be rash to assume she's inattentive. If prompted—and don't forget, if you do not prompt it, it may not speak at all—she will say whatever is on her mind and do whatever she's told. It's best not to leave this sinner in the dark whenever possible, as it carries an unvoiced child-like curiosity that won't burn out anytime soon.

Particulars: Catastrophizing, prefers to follow
This sinner is often troubled, especially by little flaws or uncertainties in plans, however hellbent on an outwardly polite and self-assured demeanor they may be. Don't let their fretting affect your judgment; as their manager, you must remain steadfast no matter what. Additionally, expressing gratitude towards this sinner is imperative if you want to avoid any future complications.

Particulars: Aversion to blood, devoted
A sinner who claims self-sufficiency, showing disdain towards others; this sentiment is shared among said others, but letting him have his way in being left alone has already yielded poor results. While his arrogant criticisms may pose difficulties to our mission, silencing them altogether is as equally imprudent as completely allowing his interference—we suggest balancing the two when handling it, as not all of his sharp words come from a place of pride.

#17 - Pandora (she/her)
"Κακοῦ κόρακος κακὸν ᾠόν. / From a bad crow, a bad egg."
Particulars: Fickle, sharp memory
With loyalty only to her version of justice, overly dramatic prosecution over the smallest missteps towards 'evil' are quick to come out of her mouth. Because of this, her trust is often unsteady, but easy to regain in most cases. If you notice her openly resenting another sinner because of belief-based squabbles, it's best to pull her aside for a consultation to nip the problem in the bud before it blooms into something that can't be closed.

#18 - Chigiri / CT (he/him)

Particulars: Struggles with sudden changes
Letting this sinner participate on the front lines of combat would, in most circumstances, put you in unfavorable places on the manager scale due to the simple life he lived prior to joining. (He also apparently lost his given weapon on the first week of employment.) Instead, he shines brightest in the events that follow combat, capable of lessening the burden of your rewinding; he can be trusted to nurse almost any non-lethal injury on the other sinners without complaining.

This sinner, if nothing else, has practical use as a multi-tool and can pick up new skills with relative ease. With extensive experience in a professional workspace, dae know better than to cause trouble, even though the barely-observable look of boredom in his eyes would suggest otherwise. However, insistence on professionalism make consultations especially difficult due to this sinner's avoidance towards personal questions—we'd go as far as to say that speaking with this sinner is an all or nothing, as she either yields a curt response or a wordy, in-depth explanation.

a lot of Chigiri's IDs end up being tank/healing support. only Crimson Scar and his Seasonal ID end up breaking this pattern.

Lian writes similarly to Meursault, but tends to note less about appearances and more about behaviors and attack effectiveness on initial reports. tendency to pitch suggestions at the end of earlier logs.

Claude's Seasonal EGO comes from my custom Abnormality called Starsara Society. the main problem with this is that i developed this Abnormality with notes that i don't even understand.... one of them just says Julius Caesar . i do know that the intention was to either have Hong Lu or Ryōshū share this EGO..... i will be trying to decipher it when my mental facilities are better

no surprise considering the emoji dae were assigned, but Lian has got a lot of sunflowers—it's actually his least favorite kind of flower because of what it's associated with now. and his most favorite.
also, the feeling of something trying to burst out of her pores (especially in IDs like Yurodivy) she is itchyyyyyyyy itchyyyyy

Pandora writes somewhat similarly to Don Quixote, but her writing style is far more. biting? she tends to default to spite in her 'verdicts' (what she calls them, makes it pretty obvious)

Pandora and Judgement Bird... i feel like there's not much elaboration to be done for this one. Pandora judges, but not fairly, unable to acknowledge nuance until she's forced to see it (see behaviors pre and post Canto 9)
Lian and Dreaming Current. i have taken the line "I fill the holes with sleeping pills and cyanide" from one of daer sources and made it far more important than it is in the song. also, desire for freedom that can't really be fulfilled outside of daily doses

Camila (haven't introduced her yet... this is the first tidbit you get about her as it is important) wouldn't say she *love* the City she lives in. there are aspects about it that she likes, but she thinks that the structure is arbitrary and excessive. not that she thinks this out of any sense of justice, rather she values free will and has no respect for people in power. instantly earns the disdainful gaze of everyone in the beginning of Canto 8
