☻ :What do you find easiest about playing this muse?

[ He is kind. I… don’t actually have much to expand on here, it’s a very simple connection, that. He is kind. It’s easy to keep that at the forefront. He’s kind, but not like humans are. He can make difficult decisions, or what humans would consider difficult decisions, like erasing himself from the memories of his friends, because he is kind. ]

◊ :What’s your favourite thing about your muse?

[ He is incredibly dangerous, incredibly dangerous, in a manner that is intimately terrifying, or - it could be, and should be, but isn’t. Because he is kind. And he knows that he is terrifying, and is terrified of what he could be, and tells people, if he becomes what he could be, kill him - and he means it. ]

[ I feel like I have a very distinctive voice when I write my muses - canons and OCs alike. And with OCs, I feel like all their voices are distinct, different, recognisable and consistent (character development notwithstanding.)

I’m also pleased that they do change, over time, and believably so - they live, grieve, and move on like people do, with moods and mistakes and tempers. My grammar and grasp on language isn’t perfect, but I have a good grasp on voice, and I’m pretty happy with that. c: ]

   Pain. Sharp and white and hot, spreading like         fire where fire shouldn’t be, under the skin         rather than over it. Sharp, like claws on a         cat, digging too deep into his body, Cole’s         body, bodies borrowed, boy’s bright anguish         bringing kindness here, it twists in the stomach,         not hunger but a knife. Strange, how they         feel so much the same, but he doesn’t         remember the hunger anymore.
