This silly meme came about because a bisexual trans woman was so extremely lesbophobic and laterally transphobic, she started accusing trans lesbians of "comphomo". She was completely ignorant of the historical reality, and in some countries still is the case, if a trans woman wanted or wants to medically transition under the RLE (short for "Real-Life Experience") or RLT (short for "Real-Life Test") gatekeeping guidelines, she would either have to be attracted to men or lie about about her attraction to men and potentially end up in an abusive relationship with a man. The same goes for any non-binary individual who have to lie about being binary in order to access gender-affirming care.

Then I remember a previous partner mentioning the reason why Finland has universal adoption of the bidet, unlike other European countries or settler-colonial societies, is because of the public health awareness campaigns from the company Oras during the 1970s and 1980s. Couple that with how extremely homophobic the U.S. and Canada are, a lot of straight men won't even wipe their butts with toilet paper, and you get the above.
