This CSM sets comes in two varieties, the premium Complete Set (which I can guess includes all the Core Medals, Cell Medals and maybe the weapons.) or the basic package with the belt. Said belt has new sounds programmed into it, including phrases by Ankh such as the TaJaDol announcement he made during the series finale of the show!
More details on the latest installment of the CSM belt line will be revealed on Dec 11th!

The phone is programmed with new sounds including playing songs such as EGO ~ eyes glazing over. It features the grunts and screams of Masato Kusaka as well as a recording of Mari calling for help (which is a bit... disturbing if you know the Faiz Mythos).
The DX originals of these toys are rare, expensive and hard to get a hold of,so this is a second chance for Kamen Rider collectors to get it!

Premium Bandai celebrates Kaixa Day (9/13/17) in style with a CSM version of the Kaixa Gear! Based on early verbal teases from the toy company, this set has the possibility to include the SB-913X Kaixa Blaygun!
Premium Bandai has revealed more info about the Complete Selection Modification Den-O Belt & K-Taros set!
The belt is a complete package, it has all the bells and whistles including the K-Taros phone and a G-Den-O buckle attachment and pass! It even has sounds for Nega Form!
We can assume that The Wing Buckle belt will get the CSM treatment this year too given its Den-O’s 10th anniversary.
