I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels that way. On one hand I’m super duper excited to read a new Suzanne Collins book especially in the hunger games universe but on the other... I literally just saw that tumblr post that said “congrats to Suzanne Collins for fucking off with all her millions after the hunger games and not continuing to milk the franchise for money” or whatever the exact wording is and now I’m like...oop. I don’t think that’s what she’s doing but this is how it starts rt?

Well, I know a lot of people are worried about her pulling a JKR. I don’t think that’s what she’s doing? But I can understand the fear lol; it’s lingering in the back of my head too. Because like...We have Disney just crapping out remakes/sequels/whatever without much care, and JKR with the Cursed Child/Fantastic Beasts/All her “headcanons,” and all these other companies capitalizing off of sequels/prequels/expanding the universe so...it makes it vERY EASY FOR PEOPLE TO JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS TBH.

But I also saw a few other people in the fandom make the point that Suzanne has remained nearly gone into radio silence throughout this whole thing. She hasn’t been engaging that much with fans. Or really talking that much about THG in its entirety. She’s just been lurking in the shadows up to this point. So I will say that makes me have a little more faith in her. MORE THAN LG, THAT’S FOR SURE LOL.

If you´re asking me what are you even doing here, I don´t know. Maybe you are one of my older followers. Or you are new. In both cases, you will need to get to know one person. That person is me. So let me introduce myself…

My name is Andrew Marie and I´m a trans boy. I am young bohemian, which is still looking for his place in this world. Lots of people called me the nerd, I think I am more geek, but I am for every opinion. This blog´s purpose was to fill empty gaps in my teenage life, but those days are long gone. I changed my account name to five-minutes-of-philosophy and that´s exactly what will be here. I am revolutionary in heart and I would love to show the world how much can people change if they try.

This blog will bring my thoughts to life and I would appreciate, if you, as agreeing or disagreeing reader, would come to me with basically anything. You can send me ask or message and we´ll work things out.
