I was sitting here going "Why do those chicks look so different? Why are their beaks rounded?" for about 2 minutes before going to your original post and seeing the unreality tag lol

Thank you @perytonpred for your interest in our raptor department! Now you might think having teeth would impact their hunting behaviours, but nope! They still try to stomp the everyliving shit out of anything that moves. One intern even tried to clicker train them to stomp on command, but all that resulted in was them thinking stomp = immediate treat

I no longer work at the entirely legal estate that occasionally runs tours for the public where I raised these Normal Chickens, but I’ll see what photos I can dig up

Oh you know, just your garden variety Normal Chickens
