I try to give myself a compliment each night before bed. Sometimes it comes easily, but often it is very hard. But practice makes perfect, right? So I keep trying. One day I know I will love myself.

Do you have trouble loving yourself? Try this exercise each night as well. It's hard, but it's worth it! It really pays off. And it only takes a couple of minutes tops. Good luck!

My compliment to myself today is that I did my make up well and felt mostly confident with it.

Not all compliments have to be deep and meaningful. Be proud of who you are. Of all your small accomplishments.

Give yourself a compliment every now and then. Like, "I look great in these pants!" or "This color looks awesome on me!" I can tell you from experience, this can do wonders for your confidence. I am (at the time of typing this) wearing a pair of pants that make me look good! I'm wearing shoes that are 10/10. If you reblog this, without apology, say something good about your appearance.
