Armageddon Comes - Another in the Wolf Moon Lunar Eclipse series - fun with Photoshop! I don't normally do much compositing and won't do it with my landscape and nature work. I strive to show what I actually saw through the camera, using Lightroom and Photoshop to work on colors, contrast, dynamic range, and some occasional "digital gardening" to clean up blemishes or distractions. But - that said - the Wolf Moon Eclipse was just too much fun to resist! This photo scored very well in last night's CIPPA Digital Image Competition, winning best of class in Electronic Imaging - a category where anything goes!
