It is always satisfying to see results when theory is put to application. I'm doing my take-home exam on computational genomics, and it always fascinates me to think that I am working with real-world data, doing alignments, annotations, etc etc.
Maybe I'll get to work in the health/genomics(?) sector one day.. I think I might have found my calling.
