In short: the city of #sciacca (Sicily) and more recently others are facing an appalling number of what I call murders of stray dogs, using poisoned baits, tens, probably hundreds of dogs have been killed (photos have been shared and it is beyond heartbreaking). Law enforcement is trying to find the perpetrators while local volunteers scout the area to secure it but the massacre isn't stopping.
