Nanami, Haruka Rainbow Dream at Anime Midwest 2016

Alright alright, yes I know this isn’t actually one of Haruka’s dresses. However the colors really remind me of Tokiya, and the style is similar to her pink one form the S3 opening so I thought “What the hell let’s go!”

I can’t even begin to describe how classy I felt when I had this outfit on. Like... Vintage secret lover classy which then became something of the theme for this quick photo session. Whether you agree or not, these three are absolutely my favorite shots from the set.

As always there’s a story behind every picture...

Whenever I take pictures I’m one of those people who is terrible when it comes to posing. My face and body always go stiff and look terrible as I think too much about how I’m supposed to be posing. So I always tell people that when they’re taking pictures of my to talk to me, tell me jokes, make funny faces, just don’t tell me to look at the camera and smile because I’ll look absolutely terrible.

Thankfully my usual photographer is my little sister who is pretty used to this. She had me looking away from the camera, and was trying to get me talking and relaxed since I had complained that my pictures looked so serious and angry. She even commented herself that the first one I looked like my boys ditched me!

So she started telling me to imagine that Tokiya was right behind me on these stairs coming down. I had been joking all night how I needed a matching Tokiya to complete my outfit after all. So of course I did an over exaggerated “Tokiya?!” as I turned to look behind me while she was still shooting pictures on my phone.

Of course we started cracking up and had to wait to calm down before taking the rest of the pictures, but the scene certainly made for a great set!
