I just finished reading the “Principles of Drama Therapy” by Stephen F. Austin. Thurman Fleet took a lot of the content in this book and used it in Concept-Therapy. It’s a great introduction into the work and more, especially for creative types.

Love, Logic, and Liberty,
Sorinne - Healer in Chief
Today is Day 1 of my quarterly 6- day Inner Klean (100% vegetarian and 100 % organic) diet discovered by Dr. Thurman Fleet for fully cleaning and nourishing the body, mind, and soul at a cellular level.
Sometimes I do this more than once a quarter and for more than 6 days, depending on what’s going on and what my intention is at the time.
This time my intention is to completely purify and energize my body to the maximum that it can naturally handle at this time, so I can be an even more perfect vehicle for perfect Spiritual expression. 🙌
I see this as an act of Self Love because of the time, intention, and discipline required to follow it exactly to a T.
While the recipes are simple, they take a bit of time and single focusing. I spent about an hour making lunch today, and I still haven’t gotten to desert yet. ☺️
Lunch time is my favorite meal in the cleanse, and I’ve even been making this salad and broth in between cleanses because it so delicious and nutritious.
The broth is just 4 ingredients: carrots, celery, spinach, and parsley. Today I seasoned it with garlic and tomatoes.
The salad is also just 4 ingredients (of your choice from suggested options), plus a dressing of fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
As a healer, servant, teacher, and leader I know that I must always lead by example and practice what I teach and profess to believe in... That is why I share so openly with others.
If you’d like to do this cleanse too, you can order the recipes from Concept Therapy International in San Antonio.
Full disclosure, the only thing I get out of promoting this practice is knowing that the world is healthier and happier because I have the courage to be my most authentic self. 🙌
Grace was heavily involved in something called “Concept Therapy.” This 1960 lecture is from the Concept Therapy Institute’s website.
“Rev E. L. Crump came to the Concept-Therapy Institute after seeing some areas in common between his Methodist ministry as well as his electrical engineering background. Dr. Thurman Fleet’s philosophy was a perfect match for Rev Crump. He partnered with Katherine Calhoun, and they formed one of the first teaching teams sent out into the field from San Antonio to teach the Concept-Therapy philosophy. Rev Crump is shown in the right picture top row in the very middle (the shorter of the two in dark suits).” Source: http://www.concept-therapy.org/free-informative-lectures/
