t’s ANZAC day here in NZ today and I was working the AM shift. I informed two guests that it was a public holiday/day of remembrance so most places were closed or working on limited hours

We often have cabin crew and pilot’s stay at the hotel and one of the taxi drivers was giving me all the goss about chaufeering pilot’s aroubd today, what with United Air being in the news

So today I became apart of a Concierge Social club here in the north Bay Area. Now I just need to become apart of the Napa and Sonoma county Concierge Association and I will be set!
