An incredible movie (my favourite) and an equally incredible book (also a favourite)… conclave is a piece of art honestly. ❤️

Anyways, fellow conclave fans.. I finally got around to finishing our dear Vincent Benitez :)

Let me walk ya through it!!

First of all; the text on the bottom right is the scene in the book where Lomeli/Lawrence decides to vote for Benitez. God I love this book.

In the book Benitez mentions his liking for candles, so what’s better than putting him in candlelight?

His shadow isn’t of him as cardinal, but rather as pope, wearing the papal mitre and holding the scepter.

And lastly, the shadow being casted by his pectoral cross is not shaped like the cross, but rather it’s shaped like ovaries. Conclave people, I don’t have to explain this one

I had a lot of fun with this piece and man do I LOVE CONCLAVE !!!!!!🫡🫡

I much prefer that 'the food the nuns cook/prepare during the conclave is kinda really bad' was not in the movie but also it was so so funny. Lomeli was getting 0.7283 hours of sleep each night, getting tormented by Benitez's charm and beauty, feeling insanely claustrophobic, getting hated on, struggling with his faith, etc. Just down right having an awful time. And he was barely eating to begin with but when he did, at the end of a full day of all that, even that was absolutely not good.
