RELATING TO ALDO BELLINI BECAUSE I ALSO WANT THAT OLD MAN ON LEVELS I CANNOT HAVE
My version of self care is living vicariously through Thomas Lawrence's Very Polite Flirting With Almost Everyone In His Circle
Greetings, my brothers, sisters, and siblings in Christ. I am the Dean of the College of Cardinals and Cardinal-Bishop of Ostia, Thomas Lawrence, otherwise known as Jacopo Baldassare Lomeli, for, uh... some reason. But I digress.
I've only recently come onto the Internet just to see Vatican updates, but I've come across this neat little website here that allows me to document my day. I decided to invest some time into it.
On a side note, I've been on this earth for over seven decades, and I might be a little slow... My eyes fail me sometimes. Hopefully the Lord can guide me as I traverse this wonderful digital world.
Thank you for reading my opening statement. I look forward to interacting with you all. Deus te benedicat.

thomas lawrence (at least in the book, where he’s a whole different guy. why’d they make him british. why’d they change his name. anyways i digress that’s not the point of this post) is canonically bisexual
Made conclave Mii’s
They are nightmare fuel but I love them both
A premise where Thomas Lawrence gets diagnosed with prostate cancer like in the book
There’s this whole angst with him trying to say goodbye to Vincent/Pope Innocent and his cardinal brothers, and then enduring the painful months/years of anticipating death.
Luckily, perhaps at Vincent and Aldo's urgings, he ends up with the successful trial of mRNA prostate cancer vaccine (a real thing that's being conducted). And he ends up clearly healthy and cancer-free. And he gives a whole sermon to the College of Cardinals that reveal what he had been going through: “Thank God for miracles through the doctors.”
---
Plot twist: Turned out Goffredo Tedesco he secretly had been diagnosed with prostate cancer and he also got the experimental vaccination that worked for him. And he’s healthy. So after Thomas's sermon, he goes “Tommaso! So we both are blessed receivers of God’s miracles! I look forward to more years with my brother.”
“Oh God, you are punishing me. Through the doctors you put on this earth, I live longer with Goffredo.”
