In the afterparty of the 97th Academy Awards many actors such as,
Guy Pearce, the star of "The Brutalist" made a huge statement at the Oscars by wearing a dove shaped free Palestine lapel with his tuxedo🕊.
Peter Straughan, the writer of Conclave showed support for Ukraine by wearing the Ukrainian flag to accent his tuxedo🏳.
Kayo Shekoni, the Swedish singer had "free Congo" emblazoned twice at the bottom of her high heels, advocating for the conflict ridden African nation.
Adam Sandler, the starring actor of the movies Murder Mystery and Murder Mystery 2 also wore a blue sweatshirt and blue shorts at the Academy Awards instead of sporting a tuxedo, which according to social media showed support for the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his meeting at the White House .
