Cider! It's obvious which one is concord infused. Both ended up being 5.25% abv. The plain cider is a little too sweet, I want it to dry out some. I'm also going to add acouple cinnamon socks and give it another week to develop. The concord is damn near perfect, full of apple flavor with a touch of grape that complements just enough but doesn't overpower the apples. I'm really happy with this one.
