Have you ever had a 'heart dog'? It doesn't necessarily mean favorite, but maybe one you happen to be the closest to? I have two dachshunds and love them equally but one of them I have a special bond with that is my heart dog.

Oh yes I’ve gushed about Luka being my heart dog quite a bit. That heart dog bond is so special… so unique. I’ve had two heart dogs, my first was my Aussie/Border Collie cross, Bandit. And then now Luka. <3 It’s such a great bond. (I always get q’s after I mention heart dogs asking what they are, a quick google search will explain it just fyi :] )
