1. Have you ever been pumpkin picking before?

Yeah, I used to go a lot with my brother and cousin, right before halloween.

2. What is your favorite thing to do when you have a day to yourself?

Just walk through the park. There's one right across the street from my building and I just walk like from end to end for hours.

3. When was the last time you went to a public library?

Last time I went was with my friend Zoe so she could return a book. I used to go like every week but I havent been in almost a year.

4. Who is your favorite cartoon character?

Oh my god thats a difficult one. Um. I've watched a lot of cartoons, I probably have a favorite for each one.

5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Eek. Let's be honest, I'll probably be on tumblr. But seriously, in five years I'll be graduating from college, and thats kind of scary because at this point Im not even sure which ones Ill be applying to. I'm very undecided in the future department. Hopefully it will be Kenyon or TUFTS or University of Chicago.

6. If you like cookies, what is your favorite kind?

I LOVE cookies, and my absolute favorites are Snickerdoodles. I also like chocolate chip, shortbread, sugar, and red velvet. But yeah, Snickerdoodles all the way.

7. What is your favorite color?

I have to say purple. I like a lot of colors and other than orange and yellow there arent really ones I dislike, but for favorite, I think its bright purple.

8. What is your favorite kind of cereal?

Frosted Mini Wheats. Delicious childhood.

9. If you’ve ever had a pet what was your first one?

My family had two black cats named Tris and Izzy from before I was born until I was 13-14. One of them died the day after christmas and her sister died 6 months later. They were really old for cats.

10. What flower do you think is the prettiest?

I don't actually know any flowers. At all. I don't know their names or what they look like, except for the obvious ones everyone knows, so I'll just say I thinks Irises are really pretty.

11. What kind of candy do you prefer?

how long exactly is it taking you to make slhrpg? or do you have any advice for people using rpgmaker? i'm considering making a game myself and it would be nice to know what to expect. thanks!

i've been working on the game for about ten months, but i took a couple of months off in that time. keep in mind slhrpg is really big. way too big for someone's first game. if you wanna make a game in rpg maker you should definitely start small

i have lots of other pieces of advice but i don't wanna start spouting out random tips about events and map making and pixel art and stuff when you haven't even started

overall rpg maker is a pretty user friendly program. just find some youtube video to explain how the map editor works and then read the popup text that comes up when you mouse over stuff and google anything you're confused about

so a random guy hit me on the butt with a foam sword today

this is my friends long account of the whole thing that im going to copy and paste wowowow 

also im naomi in case you were wondering

Ok so the most ridiculous thing happened today. Buckle up this is really fucking long. My three friends and I were in the park hitting each other with nerf swords, and my friend Naomi and I killed each other, so we were dueling to tell who won. I hit Naomi with a cut to the chest, and all of a sudden we hear this guy say "Hey, are you guys practicing Amazon fighting?" and we all turn and theres just this guy standing there, really tall, with long blonde hair and a short beard, and he looks like he hasnt groomed in 5 days. My friends and I, we're very polite, so we laugh and go "yeah, sure, its fun," and hes like, "nice sword work. You know, Im a bit of a swordmaster myself. Mind if I show you some things?" Hes obviously several years older than us. We hand him a sword and he starts doing these really serious overplayed moves against no one, think "star wars kid" and no joke, he does a fucking roll and ends by jamming the sword into the ground. I have to hide my face behind my friend's shoulder to keep from laughing out loud, but he hands back the sword and says hes been practicing for 2 years and we're very nice so we say nice job and turn back to talking to each other. We make references to weird inside jokes and things we know he wouldnt know and loudly make dumb jokes about our FANDOMS and he still stands there, telling us we're very funny and laughing. My friend jokes that we're huge nerds and he gets very serious and says "I don't think you're nerds." Suddenly he says "Those are my two dogs over there" and points to 2 cute small dogs on the trail. We're like "Oh they're cute" and he goes "Watch this" and calls them over. They sit and face away from us. At this point, we're uncomfortable. We dont know him. So we all try to do stuff to make him want to leave. Simone isn't giving him an inch, just being curt without being rude. Rocky makes a joke about killing the dogs and making them into stew. Naomi is staying away from him. I'm being as stupid as possible, stabbing my friends constantly and running around making sad faces when they tell me to stop. He stays and keeps chatting. Finally we all kneel down and exclusively pay attention to the dogs. Naomi is near the tree with one dog, Rocky and I are with the other. The guy stands near me and Rocky telling us about the dogs, so we start like holding each other and saying weird stuff. Then this guy notices that 2 of the swords fit together to become double sided. When he mentions it, I tell him that we use it as a spear cuz nobody can go double sided without hitting themselves. So he says he can and asks if he can show us. We're like sure, so he gets the sword and starts doing the "star wars kid" thing again. Rocky and I stand up and we're talking to Naomi and hugging really close, whispering that the guy is making us uncomfortable. Then suddenly the guy is there, swinging the spear thing like we should be impressed and holding it to Naomis neck. Rocky and I are talking and we kiss each other (on the cheek but it looked like we were making out). Guess what? The guy moves away and starts only bothering Naomi. He hits her on the butt. On the butt. with the sword. Only Naomi notices. Then Simone hits him with the sword and theres a little playfighting. I hug Naomi and she whispers to me that she really wants us to leave, like maybe to Starbucks and then out of nowhere, really loud he goes "Oh did I hurt you? I didnt mean to I'm sorry" but you don't get it it came from right behind me. RIGHT BEHIND ME. I had no idea he was that close and I did not want him that close so I keep hugging Naomi and he edges around to next to us instead of fucking behind me and Rockella and Naomi both blurt out that they're hungry, can we go to Starbucks, and Rocky adds that she really needs to pee. So were all like yeah, lets go to starbucks and the guy says "well there's a hot dog stand right over there if you want like a pretzel or a hotdog." We look at each other and Naomi says that she doesnt want a hotdog, she really wants to go to starbucks and I add that we need to go to my house first so I can get money and drop off the weapons and we should leave to do that. SO he says okay and starts to leave, but first he kneels down and takes Naomis hand and kisses it, then tells us his name is Levi and it was nice to talk to us. I'm not describing this perfectly. I only gave a few examples of stuff he said and did. He stayed around longer than this encounter. At one point we mentioned the dagger was useless, so he tried to show us how to throw it by throwing it at a tree, and the dagger sailed right past it by a mile (yeah, sure it was the wind). He told us he knew all the lines to Monty Pythons Spamalot, that we all had a very interesting sense of humor, that he had competed in medeival sword fight competitions. We said weird stuff and did weird stuff but the thing is, my friends and I are timid and nice. We had every right to say "You are making us uncomfortable, please leave," but none of us could. Dammit, we even had a bunch of fake weapons and we couldn't do it. We were uncomfortable but polite, and Levi, A+ for bravery, F for taking a hint, only left when we finally gave in and left the park. I hope we never see him again.
