🌅 ur right mobile is a prison but u kno what isn’t a prison???? reece and kira-lee’s koooooommmmmbbbbbbiiiiiiiiiiiiii 😎🤙 Here’s a rough inside look into the vehicle they call home! Part one!

A brief history: The kombi had been passed down in Reece’s family from generation to generation, starting with his grandfather, to his father, and then to him (since he won the game of rock-paper-scissors against his brothers). He’s been living in and driving it since he was 18! Now for the numbers:
Kira is the one who sleeps in the makeshift bed Reece had made when he was travelling solo. The mattress is thin and old, but the pillows are relatively new, as well as the sheets, duvet, and knit blanket. The entire thing, aside from the frame, had been thrifted (meaning that none of it matches, though the throw rug underneath it and one of the sheets does match the kombi’s sea-foam green nicely)!
There are small shelving units placed beneath the windows, neatly screwed in. These are to display small decorations such as crystals, shells, jewelry, etc - and also to hold self-care items like skin care, hair care, dental hygiene, so on. These were placed before Kira joined Reece, but were mostly utilized for empty beer cans and sea glass he found.
A rack for hanging clothing on! Or to pull yourself out of bed.
Two standing dressers, screwed into the kombi so they don’t fall over during bumpy rides. Each is assigned to one of the surfers with three drawers each - neither Kira-lee or Reece have a plethora of clothing, so this works out nicely for things like board shorts, swimsuits, shirts, and underwear!
Final note; there is storage place UNDER the bed to make room for rash-guards, full body wet-suits, kitchenware, a small propane stove, so on!
If you’re wondering where Reece sleeps, he sleeps in a hammock outside that has a pretty intense set-up; rain-fly, bug net, so on - but if the weather is particularly bad, he’ll make do in the front seat. :)
