S:What's a headcanon you have? (specifically related to the scotch fandom)
Ahhhh lovely. I have many Scotch related headcanons. Of late, and largely thanks to late night 4th quarter discussions with aisforinterval, I have desired Life on Mars/Longmire crossover Scotch episodes, chiefly concerning Gene Hunt and Walt Longmire.
These characters would hate each other upon first meeting but would somehow come around to their oddly similar attitudes toward law enforcement and get blasted together at the Railway Arms through some manner of time travel assisted perfection laser. Sam Tyler would look on in disappointment after thinking that Walt was a lawman who actually had some sense in his head, until he realized he was being unreasonably pretentious and should thus join the awesome lawman drunk-a-thon. XDDDD
Top Five Doors songs
The Doors is kind of a weird band for me. I like a good chunk of their songs, but Jim Morrison has always struck me as a bit of a self-absorbed pretentious buttface. That might just be me though. ANYWAY, IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:
"Peace Frog" GOD THAT WAH-WAH EFFECT IS PERFECT
"Spanish Caravan" SO PRETTY
"Waiting for the Sun" EPIC AND HEAVY AND UMMMFFF
"Alabama Song (Whisky Bar)" I love how it sounds like an oldy-timey circus.
"The Unknown Soldier" I love how the sound moves when you're listening with headphones.
I'm just particularly fond of the album Waiting for the Sun.
Yeah, I figured. I'm still very social and make friends easily but I often have terrible attacks of social anxiety. So debilitating that I have to force myself to leave the house and can't talk to people without coughing or gagging or tripping over my words (not to mention chills and shaking). I've always been a naturally social person from when I was tiny, but I think being away from people in some formative years it impaired me a bit. I'm working on it. I should probably work on managing anxiety and/or meet with a therapist to help me.

Husband of my badass knitting friend. Your posts on whiskey and writing and classic American music makes a refreshing addition to my dash which is 85% filled with fandom drama. Also, love your poetry.
