You know that one ua vid in which mark and Ethan summon a ghost, but end up being taken by demons? I think blank is a result of that experience bc it could be like his soul was stolen or broken by the demons (hence the black eyes and sadness)
Thats also probably why a lot of people associate Blank with anxiety, Ethan's anxiety was super high during that video
Okay for real though one of my headcanons for Blank is that he can erase memories.

17. Regrets
He definitely regrets not being able to stop Actor. He also regrets forcing DA into the mirror, but he knows that wasn't his doing.

13. What gets them flustered
When someone randomly (but genuinely) compliments him. Like he'll be big and angry, glitching in his form. And then Y/N says something like "I really like your nail polish!" Or "You look great in that suit!" And Dark will slowly forget his monologue and cross his arms, his face all red.
15. What it takes to make them cry
I believe Dark gets lonely a lot. He's in that void, all by himself, nothing but his thoughts. He'll feel so small in that empty abyss, so he starts to sing. And while he sings to himself, he starts to cry.
I also think he starts crying when someone accidentally triggers an old memory. A memory while he was still Damien.
