Definitely not to the point where he'd drop the games for their sake. Like if that were the case I'm sure he'd done that already. Idk I just think most of this fandom does this cuz they don't wanna admit that he's actually a way more terrible person than they think he is, because let's bffr he is.

"Watching Star Trek Into Darkness, I shipped Carol Marcus with Bones instead of Kirk. At least when McCoy commented on Carol's attractiveness, he was more respectful about it than Kirk was."

I love Eddie and got a lot of comfort out of him however… his impact on the fandom was just about the worst thing that could have gone down.

From everyone hating on cosplayers to the whole Steddie ship, it’s just a mess. I love Eddie, but too often I wish he hadn’t been a part of the show.

Confession #109

Yep. It sucks. I know people say "you shouldn't let other people ruin a character for you" but unfortunately a lot of people had Eddie ruined for them, me included. I'll be the first to tell you I sobbed when he died. I was so heartbroken, even though I knew he was going to die. I enjoyed Eddie's character. He was refreshing. A year later and I also sometimes wish they never created his character because of the chaos with his fandom, the Steddie fandom, and even Joe Quinn's fandom. It's just a complete and utter mess more often than not, I feel.

Korean/White wearing dreads is not cultural appropriation. Just weird. Cultural appropriation is when someone takes from another culture and claim that it’s new. Korean/White getting a tan that’s too dark for her skin is not blackface. Just stupid. Blackface is when a person paint their face and exaggerate their feature to appear like us. Korean who don’t like darker skin is not racist. It’s their preferences. Racism is when one race think they’re superior to others race. Stop pretending to be woke..

“There's no way in this world or universe that I will EVER ship MoonToffee. For one, why the hell would you ship Moon with a man who killed her mother and almost killed her daughter? This asshole keeps trying to take the things that's most important to her away from her, but he cares about her though!? Not to mention that she HAS A HUSBAND. A very sweet, but immature, BUT A WAY BETTER husband than Toffee's toxic ass! How is he any better than King Butterfly?

Is it because he's hot? Is it because he has a sexy voice and body? Is it because he's "smart" or "mature"? Is it because of his sooo sawd backstory???All the things that King Butterfly doesn’t have??? Because NONE of that is compared to all the crap he's done in the past to present. It doesn't matter how a character looks, sounds, or has been through. That does NOT justify hurting and manipulating EVERYONE in the present and screwing them over!

Toffee is a good villain, yes, but he's barley someone to feel sympathetic for. One last thing is that the pairing seems to be mostly based on lust, not love. Just pure lust. Even when Moon is still depicted as 14, she’s still ship with this sorry ass sack of trash. Toffee is seriously overrated and King Butterfly is completely underrated. We need more sweet art of River x Moon together, because at least he was there for her from the beginning and believed in her when no one else did.”
