T'Pring was right to reject Spock. I'm human and I think he's too much of a drama queen. It is okay to not want that and it is okay to refuse to have sex even if you're "supposed to" do it. It's okay to say "no" at the altar, in bed, at the doorstep, whatever. T'Pring is the best.

i fucking hate wenda and jevin tbhhhhh they used to be some of my faves but their toxic stans are genuinely so insufferable that ive fallen out of love with the characters themselves (no hate to anyone who likes them and are Actually Normal abt it ofc)

736 made me realize something about TOS but the reason that T'Pring had Spock and Kirk fight to the death was likely because no fault divorce was first legalized that same year and only in California. So the idea that T'Pring could just leave the marriage cause she said so probably didn't occur to the writers. Which is why I think some things are okay to retcon because how could a species built on logic think no fault divorce would be illogical knowing not allowing it leads to death?

I think how Spock and T'Pring were able to just split in SNW over a video call shows just how much societal standards have changed from when TOS first aired to now.
