I just love it when a client is 45 minutes late for the 8am meeting that they requested at their office.

A 21-year-old fresh grad is applying and her CV says she has "years of extensive experience in project management."
I'm not sure you even have years of extensive experience in potty training at 21.
The 8 types of clients.
True story, bro.
During a TVC production scheduling meeting:
Me: so pak, after the shoot, we are going to have an offline session from this date to this date at (post production house), and an online session from this date to this date at the same place. Please be aware of the time for you to attend to review both sessions.
Client: ah actually, during the online session I have meetings at the office, so can you move the online session to my office?
Me (inside my head): Yes, of course, let me move the multi-million dollar online video processing machine to YOUR office.
Me (what I said): Sorry sir, for the online session, you will be the one who has to go to the location since the online TVC session consists of ... (me explaining standard online TVC processes)
PS: the client is a brand manager of a well-known snack brand from a huge FMCG company.
I like the unicorn, let's keep him... but, without the horn.
That would make him a horse...
I have to admit,
A guilty pleasure of mine is when a client demands something that is out-of-scope, I send them a copy of the contract they have signed, after first highlighting (with a nice, soothing blue color) all the parts that state why we can't (won't) do what they've asked for.
Dear arrogant skim-readers,
Tell me, why do I bother writing out long emails with clear and concise bullet points explaining things to you if you don't even read them, then end up asking me questions where the answers to which were already written in my first email? From now on, in this circumstance, I will only reply with "Please re-read my email carefully."
Sincerely, Your time is not more important than mine.
